From May 13 to 14, 2018, the China Foundry Association held the 14th China Foundry Annual Meeting in Beijing. William Li from MAGMA Engineering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. attended the meeting on behalf of the company and published the article Design and Optimization of Gating System – Example of MAGMASOFT Aided Design".

MAGMA Engineering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. participated in the 2018 Metal+Metallurgy China taking place on May16th to 19th in Beijing.
During the exhibition, MAGMA announced that it will soon launch the Chinese version of its software to better serve Chinese customers.
At the same time, MAGMA introduced its upcoming release MAGMASOFT 5.4 – autonomous engineering. Among many new features, the degradation of binder in sand cores and the related degassing will be considered during the simulation or optimization. The prediction of core gas defects will better meet the customer's demand for control of casting defects.
